But some players have to wait a little longer than others. Getting back to there teams has to wait until  contracts with other countries end.  Leagues like the CBA owns the rights to many NBA players and hasn’t showed interest in releasing them. And no chance of allow them to leave with letters of clearance until the season ends, many in March. 

 Players like J.R. Smith (Zhejiang Chouzhou Golden Bulls), Wilson Chandler (Zhejiang Guangsha Lions), and Aaron Brooks (Guangdong Tigers) of the Phoenix Suns and free agents Kenyon Martin (Xinjiang Guanghui Flying Tigers). All four signed contracts with no-opt clauses to play in the Chinese Basketball Association during the NBA lock-out. Unfourtantly, this restricts them from returning to the NBA even in the event the lockout is resolved.

With the lock-out behind us “For Now”, many NBA teams are preparing for camp.  Lets hope these professional players have been staying in shape.  Fans are gearing up, stadiums can resumes its yearly ticket sales, and we hope that suffering businesses can pick up. Now let the games begin.
